| I just saw a new product called Gamma-O. It is supposed to raise your testosterone by 800% and it releases endorphins that calm the ceristol in your body. From what I undrstand Ceristol is what is given off when you are stressed, this especially not good for building muscle. If anyone has any tips or any comments on the Gamma-O product please let me know. Any feed back is much appreciated. |

sounds to me like some kind of steroids or hormone, I think the American tour de france champion used something like that and they counted it as steroids and took away his title... By the way, your body releases endorphins after you exercise, so why not just do that?
I don't know much about supplements but i would ask a doctor about it and get everyone else's opinions about it before i bought it... |

You mean Cortisol, not Ceristol.
Yes, Cortisol breaks down Proteins, but frankly I wouldn't be too bothered about that, I'd do as Swanso says, and don't bother with things like Hormones or Cortisol blockers, they won't benefit you I don't think right now. |
