| Hi im new on the forum. But i have question what is better for losing weight...doing cardio before or after the weight training? i heard that you burn more doing it before weight because it takes you longer to get back to your resting heart rate and that makes you burn more calories. However i also heard that doing the cardio after its better cuz it takes you a while to get into your fat burning zone and the weight will help you get there and then do cardio. so which one is better? |

I agree, weights before cardio. It's beneficial to have your energy stores full for weight training. Also, it can actually be beneficial to do weights and cardio at separate times. I know that is not convenient for everyone though.
