i have made the decision to start going to my local rec center to start excersing. i would like to keep a record of what i am doing and how much progress im making. trouble is that i cant find a workout log that has the different types of machines that are available so that i can keep track of what i do on each leg of the workout. any suggestions |

| i just keep mine in an exercise book and write each workout the night before i do it with all sets/reps and wts listed so all i need to do is write what i actually did...i set all my programs up for about 4 weeks at a time before i do them...that's probably your best bet although your gym may have program cards you can use |
