| My family is built big, I am the leanest of them all, I workout on a regular basis. My problem is running though. My family was built with big calfs, this sucks cause when I run they start aching. I know, stretching helps and I do plenty of that, as well as short sprints. I train in Muay Thai and my coach is always saying how fortunate I am to have such strong powerful legs but when it comes to runnin they just feel like dead weight. Got any suggestions? |
