| well, in my case it takes me time to start sweating, or my back getting damp or whatever....like 10 minuts, that's why when and if i do cardio for 20 minutes, i dont really sweat. when I used to do 50, 45 mins, i used to be soaking wet, and actual sweat falls of my face (that almost never happens to me btw)...so yeah. Like yesterday, I did a warm for 6 mins, on speed 5, and didn't really sweat, just got a lil warm. That's all, I know thats the point of warm up, but it takes me time to really sweat in a watery way! |

it feels better when I sweat, I feel like I did my part of workong out, although i dont stress myself to just sweat...yesterday I did walk/jog thing. since my foot is much better...
I walk for 2 mins, then jog for one...and then in the end, I go to the max (the type that won't hurt my feet, so not the MAX MAX, just a slight max).
Is it that good, help with fat loss? I changed my program from walking in 3 speeds to this, and I'll be adding sprinting twice a week, and one time this sort of excersize. Is it good? Bad? |

| looks good just back off straight away if your foot hurts even a little bit and maybe add some bike, cross trainer or rower just to stay off the feet every now and then |

I sort of had some chest pain, maybe my lungs, Im never able to tell before U work out today (cardio). I went for it anyway, and did cardio on the treadmill for 22 minutes, lost 150 calories. I didnt want to really stop, but I started feeling pain again, and my right foot seemed to hurt me from the back as well...so I stopped.
That was weird, it wasnt the foot that hurts me, and whats up with the chest pain?!
I walked for one minute on speed 4.5-4.6 or so and jogged on sped 6.0-6.4 another minute... |

| if the cardio was hareder than usual then you would have been breathing harder because of the higher demand for oxygen although any chest pain isn't a good sign |
