| glutamine's main thing is that it preserves muscle in a calorie deficit but if you're doing things right, you shouldn't need it i don't think....fish oil will lean you down without changing exercise or eating habits, increases good cholesterol levels, increases the buring of fatty tissue and is a very good inflammatory...i haven't had a probelm with my back since i've been on it and i'm even deadlifting again without a hint of soreness |

is fish oil also aka "Omega-3" ?
i also take omega-3 pills but is it same as fish oil??
they look like.. yellowish tablets looks like it has a "gel-texture" to it
what are the actual benefits of taking them? |

Sounds similar to 7 Seas Cod Liver Oil Capsules.
That works for the Joints, and also being a Fatty Acid source should assist on the removal of Bad Fats too. |

| not sure what the directions of use would be to be honest...maybe just try the fish oil (2) on it's own which is an inflammatory so you mighten need the glucosmine |
