Hi
im 16 years old and i have 10% of fat.
I can see a bit of my abs, ans not long time ago i started doing 5/6times a week this routine:
20*3 crunches (with extra weight)
10*3Leg lifts
10*3 Sit ups
10*3 oblique crunches
and i do twice a week cradio
and i wanted to know how long will it take me to have good abs if i continue doing this, and i aswell want to know if i need to change something in the routine

I don't see much of a problem doing that routine, but as for a time frame, that's difficult. It depends on things like whther your diet is good enough to help build a 6-pac, not just show it.
Also, you might be a slow or fast gainer, which will determine how quickly you get a result.
Just be patient, and I'm sure it will happen. |

| nothing will happen if you don't overload the exercises with wt or harder varaitions...once the body does something once, it doesn't work as hard the second time to do the same thing |
