| i don't whey protein as a supplement it should be staple of post workout plan...i took creatine once but because i already had high creatine levels from, my diet it was a waste of time |

I got poor results when I used Creatine years ago as well, but with hindsight, (wonderful thing), my natural powerbase was probably too low so the 30% power increase would have been pretty worthless.
Plus I started on it about 6 months after I started lifting. It's definitely more productive for people who are about 175-180+lb's and have more power and therefore a bigger 30% increase.
I wouldn't use it now, even with my higher strength levels, and obvious power levels too. |
