My friend told me about this site so here I am, asking questions =D
i am 20 and I have been training, on and off for around 1 and a half year now and I used to be a really skinny guy and I still am, just not as skinny.

I really only have dumbells, they are the ones that you can take or add weight to it with different pieces, they all add up to 50kg, so I have been training my biceps and triceps and they are doing pretty good, but... now that my biceps and triceps are bigger, my arm is like separated into 2 parts, the top is big, and the bottom is skinny, any excercise that i can do to get the bottom part bigger also?

I also do sit ups or crunches, around 100 combined a day, 3 days a week, and they are showing shape now but it's been "stuck" and not growing for the last half year, anyone know why? =/

Recently, like half a year ago, i decided to work on the chest area too, so i found ways that i can train the chest with dumbells, but those ways are pretty annoying, can anyone suggest an effective exercise with dumbells that can train the chest please? thanks!

Until someone with better info can help you..check out their website and get some exercises you can use with the weights you have.

http://www.shapefit.com/workout-routines.html

Just click on what you want, they have short video for each exercise.

Your talking about the forearm arnt you? well you could do hammer curls because that works out ur forearms and biceps
and theirs more work outs that you can do i just forgot the names hehe

Hm do you run or anything like that?because if not then im guessing thats why and also maybe because the stuff you eat

what are the work outs that you have been doing that are annoying?

i would lie down on my bed and lifting the dumbells at around 45 degrees away from my body, its annoying cause i always have to find the right spot, but i saw an exercise on this site thats similar to what i am doing, but instead they are lying on an inclined surface, maybe i will try that

are you sure running would help? cause i don't think i have any more fat that i can burn haha

for forearm you can build yourself a wrist roller. this is the best forearm exercise I have ever done..
you can also do some conditioning exercise like swings, snatch and clean with help of dumbbells.
