hey guys.
i tried fullbody and upper/lower, i saw that fullbody workout did alot better for me so i have few questions about it.
to do fullbody in less than 60mins you need like 4-5 excersices only and thos should work as many muscels as possibly per excercise.
so that will limit the options alot.
Q1- is that a problem? or is it ok to do same excersices over and over?
now if i do day1 4x6, day3 3x8, day5 2x10.
Q2- should i do that or split them all over same session?
for example 4x6 squats, 3x8 bench press and 2x10 pull ups in same session.
Q3- should i do diffrent excercises each session? so 3 sessions each have diffrent excersises than the other? or i do day1/free/day2/free/day1(again)/free/free.
Q4- what are the excercises/type i should include in my sessions?
thanks in advance |

looks like you've seen one of mine before...the second way is probably better so that last exercise being trained 4 x 6 isn't with a lighter wt because of fatigue
sample
day 1
squats 4 x 6 alternated with stiff leg deadlift 4 x 6
inverted row 3 x 8 / push up or bench press 3 x 8
deadlifts 2 x 15 / shoulder press 2 x 15
day 2
inverted row 4 x 6 / push up or bench press 4 x 6
deadlifts 3 x 8 / shoulder press 3 x 8
squats 2 x 15 alternated with stiff leg deadlift 2 x 12
day 3
deadlifts 4 x 6 / shoulder press 4 x 6
squats 3x 8 alternated with stiff leg deadlift 3 x 8
inverted row 2 x 15 / push up or bench press 2 x 15 |
