ook so i'm 16 years old 130 pounds, my problem is that i wanna loose weight around my hips and thighs, and i want to build muscle, and just plain want to get into shape and eat healthy, I wanted to start to eat 6 meals a day, but i have no clue what foods to eat and not to eat,... I recently started drinking a lot of water!... but i wondered if anyone out there had a plan, of what they eat that could help me, same for work out, i was told that the only way to loose the "jiggling" thighs are to run, so i've been joggin about a 2-3 times a week, is that theory even true? or is there somehting better i should be doin?
basically i just want a general plan, of what to eat 6 times a day, and how to get into shape, and actually get some muscles! |

| running is not the best way, resisitacne training is (wts, bodyweight etc)...for this look in the refernce section here and there is a "your body is a barbell" article there, have a look at it..for food focus on eating as much protein, salads, veg and fruits as yuo can coupled with your water and you'll be fine...PROTEIN WITH EVERY MEAL YOU HAVE...EVERY MEAL |

| wts increase metabolism which burns fat...running doesn't in most cases but is good for extra calorie burning |
