| after some discussion, i'd like to modify my schedule to a full body workout and im not sure how i would approach this. like how would a typical full body workout schedule look like? help appreciated thanks. |

Legs
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Triceps
Biceps
Abs

i would go this way;
squat or deadlift (alternate every second session or do 4 weeks of 1 than 4 weeks of the other)
row exercise
bench press or push up exercise
pull up / down exercise
shoulder press exercise
core |

A routine that was very successful for me when I did full body routines went something like this:
Leg Extentions 3 x 15
Leg Curls 3 x 15
Flat Bench Press 3 x 10
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown in Front 3 x 10
Seated Shoulder Press 3 x 10
Tricp Pressdown 3 x 10
Standing Barbell Curls 3 x 10
Standing Calf Raises 3 x 10
Crunches 2 x 25
It hits all of the major muscle groups. I usually did the workout 3 times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. |
