|
|
I've never tried any products that are taken before a workout that increase strenght and pump of muscles, and I'm sure this questions has been asked before.
My questions is, are there any foods other than supplements that can be taken before a workout that give the same result regarding strenght and noticable pump?
I would have to think if it can be bottled then there must be a natural supplement that will give the same results.
thanks in advance for any replies! |

| It's difficult to get huge Pumps from food really, though you can get good ones. I mean things like Carbs, and to my knowldge Amino Acids like Arginine can help, but some supplements are tailored to assist with bigger pumps, as a part of their benefits, so whilst food based pre-workout nutrition, can assist with good pumps, (when you eat right beforehand), some supplements often are formulated, so big pumps can be one of their functions. |

do you think they are safe? I was thinking about trying SuperPump250 but not really sure if it has any bad side effects?
Im 44 years old, about 190lbs Farily good shape but I've been out of the gym for a while and only recently started back 3 weeks ago.. But, I have been working hard 5 days per week.
Some of the stuff I read on SP250 make sit very appealing and the only side effect is after a workout it seems to mess with the stomach? If that's the only side effect know, and when I say side effect, I speaking of Liver, kidneys or anything that could do long term damange.. I cold prob live with the bathroom issues..
Thanks |

Some suppelements have side effects, but often it's through misuse or over consumption.
Most Protein supplements are perfectly fine, sometimes increased Water intake will help just to ease the Kidneys work.
Creatine causes problems with overuse and poor Water consumption.
Glutamine has virtually zero side effects.
Fat Burners, apart from being rubbish , can cause mild Heart problems from overuse.
So it depends how you use / dose supplements, some can be more problematic, but mostly it's down to misuse / overconsumption. |

| I understand they don't increase strength and size, I guess my question should have read... is their any natural suplement that will give you the same energy that formulas like SP250 say they give. I'm not so much worried about the pump but what from what I've read, this product really increases energy levels, and i tough for sure someone has a natural recipe for a natural energy shake/drink that gives similar effect... hope that makes sense. |

|
|
Hey I have a question about the SuperPump250. Ok I’m looking to lose some weight and at the same time get stronger and more cut. So my question is with superpump250 having Creatine in it will this make me gain weight? If so what would you recommend for me to take to have more energy and get the results I’m looking for or close to them? I am at 224lb and would like to get to 190lb as quick as possible without losing mass or muscle. Thanks for the help..... |

can't done
aim to lean down while maintaining muscle and strength levels...the quicker you lean down the more chance you have of gaining it back |
