I havent been here for a while, it's been really hectic. I have one more last week of universtiy, then summer vacation.
I dont know where to put this, so I thught here is the best place.

Me, im falling back dramatically in workouts, and diet. Funny, cause I'm not really gainin weight or anything. Got a little belly today, just cause i didn't go the bathroom in the morning.

Eh, I sorta think it's okay to take more than just few days off, I have a lot of work, and studying to do...and im just mentally tired, mind physically & emotionally..so I'm thinkin to just rest it off for awhile, and dont mind food a lot, and go crazy about, and hit back, harder and stronger after I had some rest...is that crappy? I wanted to do light cardio today, just 20 mins, on ellptical, but i just didn't...felt tired, and had no motivation for it.
This past week, i only really "worked out" twice. I'm serius, I never done twice before..so mhm...bad, but I'll do better after uni is over.

most people agree that you should take a week off after every 8 or so weeks of intense workouts... just one personal warning, if u stop even once because you just feel tired or something like that it's going to be much much harder for you to start working out again cause you broke out of your routine... What always happens to me is i feel tired one day so i don't workout and then i end up wasting five days because i was too lazy to get back to the routine...

it happened to me many times before, but i always got back..i really wanna enrool in a gym, but my parents are bein hard a about it, and tranportation is really an issue where i live, so i dunno what to do...i dont wanna stop lifiting weights, and evenb if i get a set, i wpnt be able to work all my body parts, especially back and legs..so i dunnno =(..im confused...im thinking after i finish uni, ill stick to cardio for one week, and then find a way to go to a gym..somehow...=S!..cause i really really want this.

i would concentrate on exams now and put all this on hold as you worry enough as it is...once you do finish though we need to develop a plan that you can and will follow to the T...is everybody posting like me with the dots now??? cool...

lol i always post with dots! Anyways, im mostprobably going to enroll in a gym this summer, cuz if i stayed home, all i will have is
"a treadmill", "ellptical machine", and "3 kgs dumbell", they won't take me ANYWHERE.

So i need to to go the gym, its just that my mum seems hesitant about it, andi want it as soon as I finish exams, like by next week, i want to be a in a gym, already...ah it sucks, i want to make it happen, it have to happen..or ill be devastated that everything i did for the past 3 months will be gone for a waste.

The good thing, i that i havent gained weight, nor a crazy belly, but i think i gained a bit of my hips back, but i checked my fb% last week, and i lost another 1% =S! ..ha, its insane.
