Hello,

I'm 25 yrs old 6'2 and 210. I've joined back up at a gym after an almost 5 yr absence. Over the years I have read some things and seen things disproved. My problem is I hold so much information that I have read, and I cant seem to find something that will work for me (1 person says 1 thing another etc etc). I am by no means on the chunky side, according to my doctor I'm roughly where I need to be. I would like to tone up then add some mass back to my bones, and are having a tough time getting a good routine and diet going. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I feel like a blind man in a eye glass shop.

Not 100% sure if this is the correct forum, nothing seemed to match my thoughts but this one, please forgive me if I have posted in the wrong one.

search "the waterbury method" and "bad boy basics" both by Chad Waterbury and try one of those programs...ideal for beginners
