Hey everyone, well i started calorie counting about 2 1/2 months ago now and ive lost 21lbs so far. Im trying to decrease my body fat and increase muscle mass. Ive been doing an aerobics class (high intensity 45 mins) 6 days a week, plus other cardio on the treadmill, bike, cross trainer for example. I also do slight weight training, but i am going to increase that by starting a body pump class.
So i have a couple of questions:
What can i do to increase my weight loss rate further?
Secondly am i doing enough exercise? |

Difficult thing, as if you're trying to build muscle, so the cross trainer stuff, and the classes, may slightly hinder that.
If you cut back to preserve calories, and assist muscle building, you might gain a little bit of Fat back.
You would however potentially lose a bit of fat long term, from having the extra muscle, but you might have to compromise if you want definition and muscle in the beginning. |

| classes are intense enough to actually build muscle...you will need a structured resistance program |
