your not fat champ, your still growing
basically eat as much fruit (not frui juice), veg, salad and protein (red meat, chicken, turkey, eggs, dairy) as you can and keep activity up through sports...try and do something 5 days a week, anything for 30mins a day and you'll be fine
maybe try some reverse crunches, prone ab braces and side ab braces and drop the reps to 15 per set maximum which will actaully build the muscles up not build endurance like 60 reps will |

| I do ride my waveboard a lot throught the day, probably more than 30 mins, It it is liek a skateboard, but it has teh moevemnts of surfing, and snowboarding that count? |

I know what you're talking about, but I wouldn't depend on it for cardio/fat loss. Running, Sprinting, Elliptical, Bike etc. should do the trick. |
