Well this is has been my routine for a week or so and I was wondering if you guys could tell me if I'm on the right track or if my routines even any good.
Monday&Thursday (Chest triceps)
4x10 flat benchpress
4x10 db incline bench press
4x10 db decline flyes
3x10 skull crushers
3x10 db lying extensions
Tuesday&Wednesday (Back Biceps)
4x10 chin ups
4x10 close grip chin ups
4x10 upright row
4x10 dead lift
3x10 db curl
3x10 barbell curl
Wednesday&Friday (Shoulder Legs)
4x10 front barbell raises
4x10 barbell military press
4x10 db rear lateral raises
4x16 shrugs
4x10 barbell squats
4x10 barbell leg raises
4x10 barbell lunges

| I don't think its a good idea to work on back and biceps two days a week. |

here's what i would do with you:
go to 4 days a week (mon, tie, thu, sat or mon, tue, thu, fri)
do lower body 1 day and uppe the next
lower day 1
squats...stiff leg deadlifts...lunge variation
upper 1
row...bench...pull up variation...shoulder variation...tricep exercise
lower 2
deads...leg curl...lunge variation
upper 2
pull up variation...bench...row...shoulder variation...bicep exercise (different exercises than upper 1)
use compound exercises only and off you go |
