| I have been working out 4 days a week for the past 4 weeks, I have also been eating better and have noticed a difference in my weight and strength, I am just feeling very drained during the day like i don't have enough energy, i stopped drinking energy drinks due to how horrible they are for you. Is there any foods that i can eat that will give me energy without loading up on sugar or carbs? Thanks! |

Not really as Glucose energy is derived from Carbs, including Fibres and Sugars.
Mosty Energy Drinks will contain a main ingredient like Glucose, or it will be listed as Dextrose, or it will contain some other high GI Sugar like Maltodextrin. |
