Hey guys,
I usually run/walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes 4-5 days a week. I also lift weights during these 4-5 days as well working on different muscle groups each time. Do you think I'm doing the right amount of cardio? Am I doing too much? Too little? Also, is it okay to do Abs 3 days a week, or should I just do it once a week? Thanks for the help. |

- sprints 1 x week doing 5 - 10 x 50m
- interval cardio 2 x week doing 1min easy than 1min hard x 15 - 20mins max
- if you want a 3rd go than just do a normal steady state session x 30mins or so
- do wts 4/week using lower and upper body workouts, not 'muscle" workouts
- abs 2/week i think but maybe 3
sample schedule
mon - lower / abs
tue - upper / intervals
wed - optional steady state session
thu - lower / abs
fri - upper / intervals
sat - sprints / optional abs
sun - off
