Deperatly seeking help. I am an aerobic instuctor-jazzercise- and teach anywhere from 2-3 days a week. I would love to loose 13lbs. Im stuck where I have been in a year. I need a routine to add to this and I do have a bow-flex at home. My motivation at home is a zero. Does anyone know any routines on the bow-flex I can follow.
