I'm over forty and want to loose between 20 and thirty lbs. I weigh 163 with all of it hanging in the middle. I watch what I eat and do a little Denise Austin, but this is not helping me loose my weight. I need to know what percisely to eat and what exercise to do that will make this tummy go down and keep me healthy too. |

Hi there,
your individual eating needs are going to be different than anyone else, so even if someone does tell you presicely what you need, unless they have evaluated you and have a nutrition background it might be wrong.
Some general points are that eating small, frequent meals helps. Balance meals with carbs, protein, and a small amount of fat. Plenty of high fiber foods, lots of water. Fruits, vegggies, whole grains, lean meats, and some of the good fats.
You may also want to consider a solid exercise plan of strength training and cardiovascular exercise.

| When you say do a little "Denise Austin", what do you mean? |
