| So i'm a tiny girl by nature. All the women in my family though have large butts and thick thighs. and i'm model built but with a decent size butt. I'm actually trying to curve out my figure a little by adding some size to my butt and thighs. my waist is already nice and small but i've been eating extra and drinking a carb drink and my jeans dont fit anymore and i'm trying to work the area extra hard though to make sure it stays toned. does anyone have any advice or work outs.. maybe even a really good carb drink? |

Hi there,
exercises such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, leg press, etc are the best ones. Proper form, heavy weight. For food, eating real food is actually superior. A whey protein drink and some gatorade are not a bad idea after a workout when you are trying to build muscle. Whey is a fast acting protein that will get to muscles that need it, and the types of sugars contained in gatorade are readily available to the muscles that need them. Otherwise though, eating wholesome food is preferable.
