| I have been dong exercises for my abs for about 3 months now and my six pack is becoming very defined. I have even started doing crunches on my exercise ball to hit the upper abs right under the chest area, I was wondering if you guys have anymore suggestions for an eight pack. Thank you. |

Thank you,I weight about 185-190 and I am about 6' 0, I take creatine after working out and I usually eat my essentila need of protein daily. I do a great ab workout for my abs ( of course) and after the gym I am usually really hungry. I will have a protein bar or a sandwich. If it is dieting that I need to do in order to see results what do you suggest I eat? |

| well to lose fat you need to use up more than you take in but not by a hell of a lot...ab workouts won't burn fat though but squats, deadlifts and sprints will |
