| I bought ab swinger 2 weeks ago started using it, do you think that ab swinger will give me a great six pack abs? |

No, it won't give you great abs. It will burn a few calories, sure. Probably make your ab muscles stronger. Getting great abs will largely be the result of losing fat through eating well.

| I think all machines work, but why buy it when you could of just done regular ab workouts that require just a mat and can be done at home like sit ups, crunches, bicycles, etc. |
