I currently have 2-3 protein shakes per day,
1 in the morning with breakfast
1 after workout
1 before bed
just wondering, how long (if anything) to leave it after my workout to drink the shake and get the most benefit from it???
(or does it really matter that much???)

| drink it as soon as you finish your lasts et before showering...the quicker the better |

is it possible to over load?
For instance, If I come directly home and Have a slab of Steak, a side of veggies, and a potato with a Protien shake to chase it with... is that Too much??? |

| it's hard to "overload" after working out as the body is soaking up what it gets for replenishment...if having the shakwe second it's probably not getting digested as it may be getting held up by the solid food which is another reason for having as soon as you finish |
