| Would I end up having back-ache because of excessive ab-crunches. If yes, what other excercises can I do to avoid back ache at the same time reduce the tummy. |

| favour stabilisation exercises foremost (prone ab braces front and side versions), lateral flexion exercises (saxon side bends, full contact twists) and leg raise variations (leg lowering keeping back flat, reverse crunches, deadbug twists) and also try some vacuums...search if your not familiar with these |

You can also get back ache, if you don't work your Back properly.
Trust me, you'll feel something now and again, if you strengthen your Abs, and your Illiocostal / Erector Spinae areas aren't in good nick.
Getting out of bed being a prime example. |

most of the population have a posteriour tilt where your bum rises upwards at the back from tight low back and hip flexors which results in weak abs and glutes so coupled with the ab exercises above, some glute activation and hip mobility work is also in order
