| the type of cardio u shood do depends on wat food plan ur following...if low carb than long, slow is best in morn but after a protein shake with water to preserve muscle...if in bulking stage it deoends on wat u want it 2 do...if u want to lose or maintain fat i wood go for High Intensity Interval Training...if just wanting 2 keep the ticker up 2 date go for the moderate length, slow stuff again which will allow u to eat more bcos of higher calorie requirement...the time doesn't really matter |
