| i'd go leg aises over crunches any day...stick with them and work them hard with wt |

| Right, but the thing is, do you know of any workouts that primarily work on the top 2 getting the 8 pack? The usual ab exercises I do are giving me only the 6, including the leg raises. |

| any crunch or leg raise works those top 2...just try some you haven't done before amd look at diet...maybe try cable crunches |

| Yeah, I'm currently doing cable crunches. Leg raises? Doesn't that work on lower abs? |

| any movement where the legs/knees come towards your head will EMPHASISE the lower abs and anything where your head comes towards your feet will EMPHASISE the upper abs |
