HI
I AM NEW HERE Very Happy
I am trying to lose 30lbs I gained weight after hurting my back, I am back to working out and I recently started taking Creatin and CLA I just want to know if anyone have an opinion on what i should be taking or what works. I lift weight 4xs a week 1 1/2 hour
I also do Cardio 2xs a day total of 90minutes
can some one help
If anyone know of a good appetite suppresent please please i am begging you let me know Question

you would need to eat more...too much exercise chews up muscle for fuel maiking you fatter...do 3 x full body wt sessions a week, 2 interval cardio sessions a week x 15mins maximum and 1 other low to med intensity cardio sessions and get your food in order

Don't bother with Creatine, it's effects on Fat loss and weight loss are pretty poor, in my opinion.
