Is there one out there? |

That's because things like Maltodextrin spike Bloodsugar when it's lower like after training, so the energy sugars / siimple and high GI Carbs, are beneficial.
So that's a good thing to have the sugar in it. |

| sugar/carb help protein to be delivered to muscle cells, it's impossible to do that without sugar/carb. whey with no sugar? not good idea, unless you drink it together with eating some carbs with it. |

Carbs make the Protein usage better, by stimulating Insulin to deliver Protein into the muscles.
However if the person ate somethign within about 1-2 hours of training, the length of workout, and amount of Glycogen usage, could contribute to some kind of post-workout Insulin Spike, depending on how much of the Carbs eaten earlier still were being utilised in the body, so in some circumstances, having a low Carb whey shake wouldn't be much of an issue.
However Carb based ones are better, and generally the difference in price is nothing to worry about. |

| That suprises me that it's Casein free. As most Isolates are not Casein free, they just have about an 85% /15% Whey to Casein ratio as opposed to a 70% / 30% Whey to Casein ratio in copncentrate, |
