I have a question regarding achieving flat stomach though. I understand that it takes time and if you keep having disciplined diet, cardio and workout it will eventually give you flat stomach Would you please comment what will be the ideal numbers of sets for crunches and workouts in a day for flat stomach and I'll follow that which will move you closer towards getting flat stomach
Thanks very much Imran |

Set of crunchs ? ... If you really wanna work your abs, find exercises taht you can't make more than 15-20 reps. Usually by adding weight to some of the common abs exercises will intensify your abs workout and by the same way lower the reps
If your goal is too define your abs, reduce bodyfat and get lean with these exercises:
Deadlifts
Squats
Sprint
and compounds exercise in general, tough back and leg exercises for maximal fat burning. |

If you want a flat stomach, engage your abs, not just when you work out. Sit up straight, suck in the gut, tuck you butt, don't slouch. Keep your head up. In other words, what your Mum bugged you about when your were a kid.
Core stability training and pilates (yikes! no weight involved!) works wonders.
And do the deadlifts, squats, cardio, good food all the other good stuff mentioned.
Oh yeah, crunch all you want, but for me a push up in good form beats a crunch anyday.
Good luck! |
