well, top 4 abs are defined, i kno i need to decrease body fat % by a teeny bit to show them more, but the problem is at the lower abs..
it is having a pot-bellyish look only at the bottom abs ., and i wanna flatten my stomach as well as get some washboard abs for the summer so will dieting and doing daily ab work be enough for me to accomplish this?
and will the lower ab fat (not that much) go away by itself as i do this training or should i do something differently? |

| I am sure you have heard the whole caloric deficit before. so i wont go into that. you need to get a diet plan and exercise plan and stick to it. sounds to me like you are fairly lean already. my guess is that it will not take you very long to get the results you want. |
