B4 yesterday I was working out for my abs. To be honest, I neglected them after sometime. I worked for them, but not a lot that is.
However, the next day (yesetrday), I woke up with pain in my upper abs (more likely in my 1st pack). And there is pain around the sides two, in middle area. I'm not sure if it's pain in my abs or pain in ribs.
I wrk my abs 3 times a week, and all. I don't do many reps and such. Maybe about 40-50, dif sessions of course & dif excersizes.
So what does that mean?
I worked my abs probably?
Or I might have hurt my ribs in the process, cause I can't tell the dif where the pain in =S!! |

Might be a case of Abdominal DOMS.
Might be some kind of Abdominal Cramps.
Might be you strained an Ab.
Might be it's conincided with your "womens issues", and heightened any pain you might normally experience. |

What is DOMS?
I doubt it has anything to do with women shit stuff, lol.
It's mostly around my 1st packs area, and rarely i feel pain about the sides in my middle...from th sides not even the abs themselve...just the lining, if you know what I mean. |

just soreness from not working them for a while...you'll be fine..you'd know if it was a rib or not
DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness...not serious by any stretch, just means you've had a crack |
