Now's there's a man, who looks like he's displaying a whole multitude of pleasures, in one pose
With that sort of enthusiasm, zest and gusto, he's got a healthy future ahead of him. |

Here's the plan and any advice is most welcome
exercise:
tai bo 3 days a week
pilates other 3 days a week
walking for 3-40 mins 4 times a week
Eating:
at 8 10 12 3 and 5
oatmeal banana pancakes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGWk57bdPvs&feature=channel_page
tuna sandwiches n chicken breasts for lunch and dinner with veggies
in between meals equate ultra weight loss shakes
If I go nuts with a craving I eat a spoonful of peanut butter.
The biggest thing is that I can't give up this time. 3 years ago I was 220 I think I can get back to that in less time. I want to create a lifestyle of healthiness.
Thanks for your encouragement guys!

5 - don;t count caloires
6 - up, up, up the protein..limit carbs except at breakfast ecspecially bread, pasta, cerial and rice |

Hey there!
Why do you want to use the bands? Not that theres anything wrong with them but I believe you would benefit greatly from simple body weight exercises like lunges, squats, pushups, dips, and maybe use the bands after each bodyweight workout for a few extra exercises. Just my thoughts.
Good luck on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle... Please keep us posted on your progress!
