I have really have legs. They don't seem to match my body. Shall I forego lifting any weights for my legs and just focus on weights for my upper body and cardio? My calves are what are heavy.
Thanks! |

Don't stop doing weights for lower body, that will probably sacrifice muscle mass, possibly bone density, and add Fat to your legs potentially.
The Leg thing is probably a good thing, so don't worry about it, but if you wanted to, do some weights, add a few lb's of muscle to you upper body, and have a healthy athletic appearance. |
