| prone ab braces, side ab braces and leg lowering would be a good start providing you do them right...diet is more important though |

The key to getting great abs is to have a great diet plan. You can do all of the ab exercises under the sun, but you will never see your abs if they are covered with fat.
Try to get 6 to 8 small meals per day to keep your metabolism fired up. I usually aim for a macronutrient profile of 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% from good fats such as olive oil, fish oil (tuna, for example), avacados, etc.
Keep up your workout routine, get some cardio in to burn a few extra calories, and follow a clean diet plan and you should start to burn fat and see your 6-pack in no time. |

| I recommend hanging leg raises, crunches and reverse crunches on the bench so that your feet is bent 90 degrees, and tree plank. |
