| I dont understand, i mean, is it in genetics to have more energy? cuz i never really thought about "feuling" before a session, i know its important to have protien in ur system beforehand for best results, but i've always been able to get through my strenuous workouts without loading urself 2 hours before a session .. |

| Carbs convert to Glucose. If you don't eat Carbs, you can cause problems, especially to Bloodsugar, and may trigger Diabetes, and other serious problems |

| your workouts would be even more productive if you were "fuelled"...this doesn't mean 100 grams of carbs before workioj gout but a peice ofm fruit and protein or a meat and salad sandwich would make a world of difference an hr before hand |

Hmmm i see.. yeah i know it turns into glucose, and i do eat carbs daily, 55% of calorie intake from carbs, but i was just confused about the whole feuling 2 hours before a session part--i never really fixed a time to have carbs aside from post-workout meal
But thanks for clearin it up |
