Interesting Signature "Bring on the pain", because if you don't train Legs or Back, that's potentially what you will do.

Doesn't matter. Doing weights for Fat loss, can still trigger some Muscle gain, even in women.

You're doing some resistance training, you're almost certainly going to get Microtears, and facilitiate some growth, even if it is very small, so you don't want to be neglecting things like Back and Legs.

If you want to drop fat, you have to do the exercises that burn the most calories, and those are the big movements - squats and deadlifts.

As far as protein, try to get most of it from food sources as much as possible, chicken breast, tuna, etc. Those sources will give you lots of protein, and keep you feeling full, helping to keep total calories a little lower, which will also help with fat loss.

try doing HIIT for the cardio, 2-3 times a week, try doing cardio once in awhile befor ebreakfast (wen ur body's in fat burning mode after 8 hours of sleep) cuz it burns the simplest thing for energy--wat uve just eaten, and if u havent eatin nethin it burns fat--so give that a shot

and if its protien supplement ur talkin about, get whey, tastes great and absorbs directly, have it after ur workout with some carbs (i eat a banana and some fruits) then have another meal 2 hours later containing normal amounts of good fats carbs and protien

hope that helps
