Had another half marathon yesterday. Wasn't my best by far, but it wasn't bad. The race itself was really neat. Lots of folks out all over the course and man was there ever food after!! A lot of the race was run right along the ocean. It was a cool and breezy day.
I should have won an award for worst outfit. I'm a little low on cold weather running clothes.
Here I am just finishing:
Getting my medal:
Getting my ankle bracelet removed:
Trying to look a bit happy:

Congrats Sarah. You have once been a competitive athlete, and now to do this, you're a pretty amazing young woman, and a definite rolemodel for other women.
You should be very proud of yourself this, and all the physical things you've achieved.
Well done . |

| Thanks everyone. I've pretty much been a competitive runner since I was 7 years old, with a few years off in there. I have no idea how my placing was. There were several thousand runners. We had to leave right after because my husband was really sick. It was not my best by any means, but it was a good run. |
