5'2" 119 pounds 17% bodyfat: (female 46 years old)
Meal 1- cereal with skim milk egg whites, coffee with splenda and milk (milk total 1-cup)
Meal 2 - a banana
Meal 3- 4oz turkey on whole wheat lett. tom. honey mustard
Meal 4 - 1 apple with 6oz of 1% cottage cheese splash of Cinnamon
Meal 5 - 4oz of a lean meat 1c of rice and 3 cups salad with fat free dressing.
I do 3 days a week weights and 6 days a week 30 min cardio.

Meal 5 - 4oz of a lean meat 1c of rice and 3 cups salad with fat free dressing. (I'd ditch the dressing. Even if it is Fat Free, it's still calories I don't think you need to have.)

Hi Bossman:
Few questions:
Meal 2 maybe cheese with the banana?
Carb source for meal 4 any suggestions? I usually eat both the CC and apple together "mistake"?
As far as eggs go I usually do 2 egg whites so maybe keep one a whole egg?

Carb source for meal 4 any suggestions? I usually eat both the CC and apple together "mistake"? (No not a mistake, just have the fruit before, and give it some time like I said, before you eat it, but you could add something like a Slice of Wheatbread there with the C C, to boost Carbs)
As far as eggs go I usually do 2 egg whites so maybe keep one a whole egg? (I'd have a yolk, and increase Whites to 3, to boost Protein a bit more)
