here is basically my diet, im trying to bulk up, of course the meals vary from each day as i dont amke the tea my dad cooks it.
9.00am - bowl of AllBran cereal, 2 slices wholemeal brown toast, 1 glass milk
11.00am - either orange and after brown rice or a chicken and salad sandwich with apple (chicken pieces)
12 -1 weights
1.00pm - apple, chicken and salad sandwich with glass of milk or water
3.00pm - orange, 2 slices brown wholemeal toast and a slice of cheese
5.00pm - varys last meal was fish, boiled potatoes, veg
7.00pm - Pasta or toast
9.00 - same as first meal
please tell me what you think, i cant take the protein shakes or whey protein as i am diabetic, thanks. |

1 - fruit x 1 instead of bread
2 - fruit, sandwich
3 - why can't you have whey protein?? even one without carbs??
4 - solid protein and bread taken from breakfast or pasta/rice instead of bread
5 - solid protein, veg, salad
6 - protein, veg, salad
7 - protein |
