| I'm looking for a routine to help bascially help me lose my gut and to get stronger and to tone my body. Don't have acess to a gym at the moment but i have weight's at home. I'm kinda all over the place with what i do so i'm looking for a routine i can stic with and hopefully get some results. |

| search squat, lunge, deadlifts variations as well as rows and bench/push up variations and start with what you think you can do |
