| im wondering if its normal to experience slight pains in the lower back while doing long distance running. it goes away shortly after the running but i never hear of anyone else experiencing this while running.. so is this normal or is there something i need to change in order to get rid of this? if no then its fine no big deal but just curious |

| you have a weak core so strengthen up abs, obs and lower back...heavy compund lifts should be enough depending on if you have injured it or not...planks / hovers / braces are excellent as well as back raises and cable twists |
