Just wanted to get some opinions on what I eat on a daily basis...

6am - Protein Shake w/ milk (1%)(can't do water, it's gross)
730am - Apple
830am - 1/2 cup of almonds
930am - 2 cups of watermelon
11am - (chicken breast and green beans) or (tuna and some wheat thins)
1pm - 2 cups of honeydew or canteloupe
2pm - carrots with fat free italian dressing
4pm - Creatine shake
5 to 6 pm - workout
630pm - Protein Shake w /milk again (1%)
700 or 730 - Chicken or Salmon with Salad and maybe a veg

I drink about 1-2 gallons of water a day, no other liquids usually (besides the protein drinks)

Maybe a snack after dinner but not all the time.......thoughts?

Have you totalled your calories? Not sure what is in your creatine shake, but it's important to have a carb and a protein before your workout.

My creatine is the BSN No-xplode, and I take it with water. I haven't totalled my calories up yet. Was sort of hoping I didn't have to, I am looking to drop about 5% BF. Is there anything in there that shouldn't be or is there something that I need to add in there?

What would you suggest for a protein/carb before a workout?

1. Watermelon is very Sugary, being quite high GI, so reduce portion to 1 cup, and increase the Carbs some other way. Might be as well, to change that altogether, and have something like a large Banana (28g Carbs). The Watermelon is just on the moderate GL limit anyway.

2. Combine the Fruit and the Shake for Breakfast. You should be okay eating the Fruit after the shake, as the liquid shouldn't inhibit fruit from passing into the Intestines, so you should avoid putrifaction.

You're probably getting some Maltodextrin, (popular Protein shake Sugar choice), so you'll spike Bloodsugar first thing anyway, which will be beneficial.

3. Mix Creatine and Protein shake together, and consume after workout. Or have half a Creatine scoop directly before a workout, and the other half post-workout with the shake.

4. Have the Cantaloupe or Honeydew about 30 minutes before the following meal not 1 hour, so you give the preceeding 11PM meal more time to process in the Iillium, and avoid problems with Fruit putrifaction in the Gut.

5. Forget the Italian dressing with Carrot. To me even if it is Fat free, it's pointless calories, as it's not real food anyway.

You would be wise adding Protein in there too. Probably something like Sliced Turkey would do fine.

Ok thank you all for the help. It seems like I am on the right track, just need to tweak a few things.

Sometimes I do have a banana instead but if I run out then usually I will grab another fruit to take to work. I usually refill all my fruits on the weekend, and sometimes the wife takes some of my banana's, haha...

Thanks again, I will let you know how it goes!!
