Me again, the one that's trying to create a small waist and keep her thick hips. i actually want to keep my hips and am wondering if there are any exercises that will make them bigger or at least keep them from shrinking while I lose weight everywhere else??
I'm going to do squats because I want to have such a big butt that'll knock everything down (haha, I'm pretty serious though) and somebody told me that by working out my butt my hips will get thick. is that true?? |

I've heard split squats are supposed to be good for butt building...
Your going to lose weight from everywhere, you can't avoid losing fat from your hips and butt if you are reducing. Since girls tend to hold the fat in the hips and butt, that area will likely be the last to go anyway.
Focus on the whole body and get your metabolism regulated. As soon as you make your body a fat burning machine, you can start to play around with bulking up the areas you want bigger by introducing new exercises.
Let us know how it's going! |
