are you gaining muscle with 2000 cal's? if not increase to about 2250 and on cardio days have about 2000...off days maybe 1800 but not more than 2000..depending on how many calories you need (your body, muscle mass, metabolism etc)

you can't gain muscle one place and lose fat at another at the same one...choose one and focus on that

Yeah dude just whack your calories up to abotu 2,400-2,500. Should be fine, and if you're having about 50-60 after workouts, then of non-workout days, you're going to consume less anyways, as you'll be having roughly 50% less calories, when you have some nutrition at the time you normally would after workouts.

If that makes sense.

No you eat more calories on days when you workout, and a bit less on days when you don't.
