| I recently bought a "jug" of Creatine, it hasn't been opened yet, but I checked to see when it expired and it turns out it expired around 3 months a go. So my question is, when supplements like Creatine expire, do they just lose their taste or do they lose the "Nutrients" it's made of and won't benefit the person as much? |

Probably a degredation of the product itself. This would lead to a potential plethera of intestinal / physical problems.
Bin it I'd say. |
