|
|
| Well, I'm 13, 143 Pounds, 5'6. I've tooken Body Fat Test and the results say I have 10.47% body fat. So what I want to do is get more defined abs by next summer. Right now I work my abs w/ my legs and they got there own day too. The exercises I do are Curl-Ups w/ my feet elevated on a ball until failure, an exercise like the reverse crunch cept your feet are on the floor and you bring your knees over your chest. I also do Toe Touches and Leg Pull-Ins. I would like to do Crunches but I can't seem to do it right. I'll be adding Hanging Leg Raises and Stomach Vacuums to my routine soon. I get plenty of protein and don't eat fatty foods much and drink 4-8 bottles of water a day. It may seem a little silly for a 13 year old caring so much but I like to stay fit and look fit. When I flex my abs, the 4 in the middle, of the 8, show. I do Cardio every day, even though on some days it'n not as much. So, any suggestions? |

| i would say having the correct diet is the best, try and get 6 small nutritional meals a day and, try and get lean sources of protein such as chicken. |
