Your diet is a bit iffy. Sorry.

Breakfast. Eat one. I suggest something like a Bowl of Wholegrain Cereal, and some additional Protein, like Low Fat Cheese, Egg Whites, something like that.

You need a Bloodsugar Spike first thing after it's been lowered during sleep. You're not getting one, and the Brain needs Sugars to help it function, so that Breakfast idea is something to be seriously considered

Dessert. Don't eat that then. Eat that about 2.5-3 hours after Breakfast, and add a little more Protein in there.

Lunch. Whole Wheat Tortillas, might spike Bloodsugar too much from the Wheat and other things, I suggest, a change, like a Chicken Breast, or some Sliced Turkey and 2-3 small Broccoli Stalks.

About half way between Lunch and Dinner have another Snack. Protein and Carbs here too.

Dinner. McGrill and Chcolate shake. Change it for some kind Protein source like Turkey, Chicken, Fish, Soybeans, and couple it with something else like a good portion a Leafy green Veggie, maybe also a small Baked Potato, some Carrot, or perhaps some Brown Rice now and again, so you're keeping options open.

2.5-3 hours after Dinner have some Protein, and a little Carb. Not much, perhaps just a small Tangerine, something like that .

Be aware such changes, may cause your Metabolism, to view some of those calories as excess, and convert then to Fat, so don't be suprised, if weight goes up a little intially, but hopefully when the body is used to the calories, such gains should reduce Smile .
